Safety Improvement Coffee Trials
We are hosting coffee trials, in collaboration with the Q community, to help understand the needs of health community in regards to the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework. We will be collecting data from across the health service and then running 4 workshop style coffee trials to bring Q members and beyond together to problem solve some wicked problems.

PSIRF Prompt Cards - Q Exchange
Safety and Improvement in Healthcare CIC was successful in the 2024 Q Exchange bid hosted by the Health Foundation. We will be starting this project in August 2024 and more information will follow.
